Given the nature of the CRM being both a professional project, as well as one that handles a large amount of PII (Personally Identifiable Information), care has been taken to ensure that I’m not surfacing any sensitive information about Meridian, or it’s external stakeholders.

What’s the CRM’s purpose? 🎯#
The purpose of the CRM is two-fold:
- Create a database of all Meridian’s key Stakeholders.
- Record material interactions between Meridian and our Stakeholders.
The biggest thing sitting behind both of those bullet-points though is the ability to create a form of Organizational Memory such that it allows all Meridian staff to get on the same page when dealing with external stakeholders.
