Given the nature of the Suggestion Box being both a professional project, as well as one that handles a large amount of PII (Personally Identifiable Information), care has been taken to ensure that I’m not surfacing any sensitive information about Meridian, or it’s external stakeholders.

What’s the Suggestion Box’s purpose? 🎯#
Good Executives and Senior Managers know that the best business decisions come from people on the ground, however, there can sometimes be seperation between those “doing the do”, and those “planning the do”.
As such, the objective of the Suggestion Box was to make a low-friction way for site staff (also including those in offices), to create and submit a suggestion, such that these ideas would be able to be triaged, and some surfaced up to management to then spin-off projects, based on these initial ideas.
