Data Analyst
- Developed and maintained data pipelines, analytical models and dashboards spanning data-categories such as P&L, emissions, engineering/PI, to support decision-making across the Generation Business Unit
- Sole front-end developer for OptiX, a multi-page Streamlit application (deployed on Databricks) enabling outage valuation, scenario modelling, market data visualisation and outage optimisation for site owners, maintenance leads, and generation planners
- Built and delivered Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders ranging from engineers and analysts through to executives and board-level audiences
- Built a CRM (Customer Relationship Mangement) tool from scratch to support the stakeholder engagement team, including a SharePoint-backed document upload flow via Power Automate, role-based access control, an audit logging system, and an embedded Power BI analytics layer — adopted by 50+ users across the Generation Business Unit
- Suggestion Box - Designed and delivered a full-stack Power Apps (Canvas) idea management platform for the Generation Business Unit, featuring a voting engine, admin triage workflow, automated submitter notifications via Power Automate, SharePoint file attachments, and an embedded Power BI analytics layer — backed by SQL on the Meridian Data Platform. Deployed both desktop and mobile versions.
- Worked in both Agile, and Waterfall environments, using Jira and Miro to enable collaboration across multiple businesss units including, engineering, portfolio, and planning teams to define requirements, manage delivery risk, and ship iterative product improvements
- Produced internal product communications including video walkthroughs in Premiere Pro, graphic design / marketing elements in Photoshop to drive adoption of new tooling
Achievements- OptiX (Digi-Gen I3) — Delivered and iterated a production outage valuation tool that returned ~ $620K in value, by directly supporting commercial decision-making on outage scheduling across Meridian's generation portfolio.
- P&L Overheads Dashboard - Created a PowerBI Visualisation that enabled Generation budget-holders the ability to better analayse their overhead spend, directly enabling budget-holders to identify unnecessary spending and saving ~ $500K in unnecessary overhead spend.
- CRM — Built a full stakeholder CRM from scratch in Power Apps, replacing a manual Loop-based process and onboarding 50+ users across the Generation Business Unit
